• LARGE SALMON BOX: 2 wild sockeye fillets, 4 wild coho portions, 1 smoked sockeye classic alder portion, 1 smoked salmon pate, and 1 large alderwood grill plank. The large box provides approximately 16 servings and is perfect for a household of four.

• ALASKAN DINNER BOX: 1 wild coho fillet, 1 package sidestripe shrimp, 2 black cod portions, 1 smoked salmon pate, and 1 package of The Deckhand’s Delight salmon rub. The dinner box is perfect for a party of six.
